This is the first part of an astrology basics series. In this part, I cover the basics of the 12 zodiac signs: characteristics and mood boards for each of them.
Each of us has a unique birth chart. It consists of planets and 12 houses.
The sign you got in a planet or house is based on where and when you were born.
This means that besides your Sun sign you also have a Mars sign, a Venus sign, a Saturn sign,… and so on in a certain house.
All of these have their own characteristics. So, in the end, we all got unique birth charts. Except two people were born at the exact same time and place.
You can check out your birth chart here.
You just need to know where you were born and the exact time.
In the other parts of the series, I’ll cover the characteristics of the 12 houses and the personal planets, also making a mood board for each of them.
As you go through the zodiac signs, you will notice that not all of the traits fit 100% to one person.
That’s because we all have other signs in our chart balancing out harsh character traits or having signs in opposition to each other making us act in contradiction to our sun sign.
Our moon and rising signs have a huge impact on our behavior.
